✅ Subcontractor Compliance & Protection
We work with only fully verified and insured subcontractors. Each one is required to:
Carry active general liability insurance
Provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Name Clark County General Contracting as an additional insured
Sign a Hold Harmless Agreement, protecting both you and the integrity of the project
This process ensures every team member contributing to your home’s transformation is accountable, qualified, and covered.
✅ Scope of Covered Work
In accordance with our insurance policy, we offer:
Residential remodeling and upgrades only
Services that are incidental to remodeling, including framing, window, and roofing tasks
Moisture-related repairs only as part of approved remodeling projects
We do not provide:
Standalone commercial construction services
New detached ADU builds
Independent water, fire, or mold remediation
All work is performed under proper residential remodeling permits and within approved policy scope to maintain coverage integrity.
